Spring 2026 Elections

The Spring 2026 CU Student Government Run for Office packets are officially open! This is your chance to step into student leadership and help shape decisions that impact 38,000+ CU ¶¶Òõ´«Ã½ÔÚÏß students.
Tri-Executive Positions
Students may run:
- As an individual,
- As a duo, or
- As a three-student ticket.
Tri-Executives serve as the top student leaders of CUSG, setting priorities, representing students to university leadership, and guiding the work of student government.
Representative-at-Large Positions
There are four open Representative-at-Large seats in the Spring 2026 election. Representatives vote on how student fees are spent and advocate on behalf of the student body across campus.
How to Apply
All interested students must apply through Handshake. After applying, the CUSG Election Commissioner will follow up with next steps and additional details.
Eligibility Requirements
All candidates must:
- Be in good academic standing,
- Have paid all student fees, and
- Comply with all requirements of the CUSG Election Code.
