Group Conference Travel Application

Note: Currently, the application is labeled as a "PACE Group Grant Application." We are phasing out the language of "PACE" and integrating this grant type into the UROP program. Though the language on the form has not been changed at this point in the process, it is the correct application.
When you submit this form: UROP will be notified of your application and review your materials as soon as possible. Please be attentive to your email in case our team has questions or needs additional information. We can typically send decisions within a week of submission and transfer funding within a month of sending award decisions. Applicants will be notified of funding decisions by email from urop@colorado.edu.
UROP Deadline
The next deadline for student and faculty project grants will be February 13, 2026 (for proposals in Summer 2026 and Aca. Year 2026-27). This deadline applies to Assistantships, Individual Project Grants and Team Project Grants.
Individual and Group Conference Travel Grants are awarded on a rolling basis.
Review Timeline
Return completed score sheets to UROP by Noon MT on Monday, March 30, 2026.
