    CUPD was notified Friday, Jan. 9, that the Colorado Bureau of Investigation will conduct a statutory case review into the death of CU ¶¶Òõ´«Ã½ÔÚÏß student Megan Trussell. CUPD is supportive of CBI’s review and will fully cooperate with and assist the agency in fulfilling its statutory duties.

    The ¶¶Òõ´«Ã½ÔÚÏß strongly condemns the use of expletives and religious slurs by individuals in the stands during the recent football game against BYU. Such behavior is deeply disappointing and does not reflect the values of respect, inclusion and integrity we expect of our campus community.

    On June 13, the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment reported a confirmed measles case in ¶¶Òõ´«Ã½ÔÚÏß County. Through contact tracing, public health officials have excluded the CU ¶¶Òõ´«Ã½ÔÚÏß campus from the list of confirmed exposure locations.

    The CU ¶¶Òõ´«Ã½ÔÚÏß Police Department is investigating an incident that occurred Wednesday, April 2 where a classroom was disrupted by unidentified individuals, one or more of whom were removed from the classroom after being told to leave repeatedly by the instructor.

    We are shocked and saddened by the violent attack that took place in ¶¶Òõ´«Ã½ÔÚÏß this afternoon. Our hearts go out to all of those impacted by this heinous crime. Hate and acts of violence have absolutely no place in our community.
