The Central Analytical Laboratory and Mass Spectrometry Facility (CAL)Ìýat CUÌý¶¶Òõ´«Ã½ÔÚÏß serves as a resource offeringÌýanalytical and instructional expertise in mass spectrometry. We offer aÌýwide selection of mass spectrometry services to the researchÌýcommunity within the University system and external users to provideÌýscientists with practical training and access to the state-of-the-artÌýinstrumentation they need to develop and meet their research interests.Ìý

We offer a wide range of analytical services: 1) mass determination ofÌýsmall molecules and intact proteins, 2) quantitation of metabolites, 3)Ìýproteomics, 4) phospho-proteomics, and 5) hydrogen-exchange massÌýspectrometry (HDX-MS). We also offerÌýtrainingÌýfor open access to theÌýinstruments.
