    Fall Proposals Due - 10/13/25 @ 11:59pm

    EEF Review of Fall Proposals

    Fall Proposal Funding Announced - 11/21/25

  5. January

    Spring Proposal Cycle Begins - January 26th

    Be sure your proposal has the required signatures BEFORE submission

  6. February

    Spring Proposals Due - February 20th by 11:59pm

  7. February - March

    EEF Review of Spring Proposals February 20th to March 20th

  8. March

    Spring Proposal Funding Announced - March 20th

  9. April

    EEF Symposium - TBA

    The Symposium event for the EEF will be held in the Engineering Center.  Attendance is required for awardees from the last cycle.Â
