Victoria Johnson joined the Law School in 2017 as part of the finance team and has progressively advanced to her current role as Faculty Affairs Program Manager, wearing many hats along the way.Ìý

In her current position, Victoria provides professional and strategic guidance to the law school community on the faculty affairs operations of the law school, collaborating closely with the Law School faculty, dean, associate deans, and standing committee chairs. Victoria oversees the full faculty recruitment process and lifecycle events, including hiring and on-boarding, faculty performance review, sabbatical and leave applications, and the FCQ process. As a subject matter expert on campus and University policies, she advocates for process improvements and works with campus teams to enhance CU’s faculty data landscape.

Victoria holds a degree in Management Information Systems and Business Analytics, complemented by education in Accounting and Civil Engineering.
