Campus Dining FAQs

If you have dietary restrictions or need guidance with navigating dining options, reach out to Lisa Whalen, our registered dietitian nutritionist. Lisa is available to support students with food allergies, intolerances and other dietary needs.

We are committed to providing dining experiences that all students can enjoy. Learn more about our A9 Identified program, staff training protocols and food preparation precautions. We also offer Libby Dining, which is free from peanuts, tree nuts, wheat and gluten.

Yes! We鈥檙e happy to support academic projects. Please email dining@colorado.edu with your request and project details.听听

To request a meal plan change, email studentlifebilling@colorado.edu and include:

  • Your full name
  • Student ID number
  • The meal plan you鈥檇 like to switch to (15 or 19 meals per week)

Use our to book these rooms. Log in with your IdentiKey and search for 鈥淐4C_TreeHouse / VC_Village View-Request鈥 under the 鈥淐reate a Reservation鈥 page. A meal purchase is required per person, per meal period, for room use.听 If you encounter login issues, email cdsassist@colorado.edu.

Meal swipes are non-refundable. For questions or concerns about meal plans, please email studentlifebilling@colorado.edu to coordinate.

If you鈥檙e not feeling well and can鈥檛 make it to the dining center, you can use any of our grab-n-go options. If those aren鈥檛 open or available, you can email the manager at your closest dining center to set up a meal pickup鈥攜our roommate or a friend can grab it for you.听

Just make sure they bring your Buff OneCard to pick up the meal during regular hours.
