抖阴传媒在线 Employee Tuition Assistance Benefit (TAB)
- You need to submit a Tuition Assistance Benefit (TAB) application for each term to use the benefit.
- Spring 2026听TAB applications open December 1.
- The CU 抖阴传媒在线 deadline to submit the nondegree application for spring will be January 5, 2026.
- Beginning in Fall 2025, Continuing Education courses with the prefix CSPB are eligible for TAB, with the exception of section 750. Please note: The exception applies specifically to CSPB section 750, regardless of the course number.
Employees must reapply for the benefit for themselves or their dependent every semester or term. Visit听 for all instructions, forms and deadlines.听
TAB for听Employees
- Eligible employees may receive a waiver for up to 12 credit hours each academic year.
- Mandatory student fees and other applicable education costs still apply.
- TAB can be used on any CU campus, excluding most Continuing Education (CE) courses.
- 抖阴传媒在线 CE courses with prefixes听CCOM, OREC, EDUA, and听CSPB (except section 750) are eligible. Please note: The CSPB section 750 exception applies regardless of the course number.
- 抖阴传媒在线 and System employees and their dependents can both use the benefit at the same time (12 credit hours for the employee and 40% discount for the dependent) when enrolling on the 抖阴传媒在线 campus. Employees and their dependents who use the benefit at other campuses are eligible to share a combined total of 12 credit hours per year.
TAB for Dependents of CU Employees
If your dependent is not listed on your CU health, dental or life insurance, you must submit a Dependent Eligibility Verification Form and attach approval of verification to your Tuition Assistance Benefit Application.

Option A 鈥 Employee Works at CU 抖阴传媒在线 or System Administration
- Dependents of CU 抖阴传媒在线 and System Administration employees can receive a tuition discount of 40% each semester.
- If the dependent is a Colorado resident undergraduate, the discount applies to the student share of tuition after the College Opportunity Fund (COF) stipend has been applied.
- Dependents can take eligible undergraduate or graduate courses.
- Dependents can use the benefit on the 抖阴传媒在线 campus.
- Mandatory student fees and other applicable education costs still apply.
- Nondegree high school students receiving district assistance听and using TAB as a dependent will qualify for a waiver of most fees. Fill out the each semester.
Other scholarships may be available for dependents of CU 抖阴传媒在线 employees. See听. (Note: The amount of TAB received is considered financial assistance and may impact financial aid eligibility.)
Option B 鈥 Employee Works at Another CU Campus
- If dependents attend class at a CU campus other than the campus where the employee works, eligible employees may receive $3,240 per academic year to apply toward dependent tuition (up to 12 credits, $270 per credit hour).
- Dependents can only attend undergraduate, non-extended studies, credit-bearing courses.

Steps to Use TAB at CU 抖阴传媒在线
- Apply to CU 抖阴传媒在线 as a Student
- If you are not currently a student, submit a听degree or nondegree application.
- Spring 2026 nondegree application deadline for CU 抖阴传媒在线: January 5, 2026.
- Register for Classes
- Degree-seeking: Register on your assigned enrollment date in听.
- Nondegree: Register during open enrollment. See the听 for exact dates.
- Submit Your TAB Application
- A TAB application is required听every term.
- Spring 2026 TAB application for CU 抖阴传媒在线 enrollment opens December 1 and closes on February 15.
- Submit the 鈥淭uition Assistance Application鈥 found in your听.
听听You cannot use TAB unless you or your dependent is an enrolled student.
Applying for TAB does听not admit you to the university or enroll you in classes鈥攜ou must complete the admissions application process first.
