In academic year 2024/2025, the Biochemistry Department awarded $129,500 in scholarships to Biochemistry undergraduates. These scholarships were established by grateful biochemistry alumni, inspired charitable foundations, a biochemistry department that sees the power in tuition aid, and supportive faculty and community members who believe that a biochemistry degree provides a foundation for advanced medical careers, biomedical and advanced scientific discoveries, a basic and deep understanding of how the living world functions, and more.
