Session 1: RBSA Background, General Information & Rate Sheet

  • Tuesday, February 3 @ 10 a.m.
  • Led by: Jeanette Gaydos (BFP), Michelle Johnson (OCG), Russ Jeans (CCO), and Liz Spencer (CCO)

In this session, you'll deep dive into the requirements of rate-based service agreements (RBSAs). We'll provide valuable resources to navigate the rate sheet submittal process. This session is designed for both new and existing RBSAs.

Session 2: RBSA Management; OCG Focus

  • Thursday, February 12 @ 1 p.m.
  • Led by: Michelle Johnson (OCG)

Attendees will learn how departments work with OCG to set up RBSAs to offer services to external customers as well as what administrative responsibilities the department takes on when selling to external customers. The session is designed for both new and existing RBSAs and builds on the information presented in Session 1.

Session 3: RBSA Management; BFP & CCO Focus

  • Wednesday, February 18 @ 3 p.m.
  • Led by: Jeanette Gaydos (BFP), Russ Jeans (CCO), and Liz Spencer (CCO)

In this session, we’ll dive into the financial and accounting pieces of RBSA management and administrative responsibilities. The session is designed for both new and existing RBSAs, is complementary to Session 2, and builds on the information presented in Session 1.

We are excited to announce upcoming on-campus office hours dedicated to RBSAs. This is your opportunity to meet one-on-one with subject matter experts from Budget and Fiscal Planning and the Campus Controller’s Office. Bring your RBSA rate sheet and your questions. We look forward to working with you directly to ensure your department is fully supported and set up for success.
