Staff Programs

The Dialogues program offers BFI staff the opportunity to engage in facilitated conversation aimed at advancing equity, learning, engagement, and action. Our staff are invited to participate in several structured dialogues during the year. The Mentor Program pairs staff with experienced mentors across BFI to support career growth, confidence, and connection. Participants meet regularly, engage in guided development activities, and build relationships that strengthen our organization. ³Õ¾±²õ¾±³ÙÌý³Ù³ó±ðÌýwebsite for more information.

The Supervisor CoP (Community of Practice) is a space for supervisors across BFI to connect, learn, and grow together. This group meets regularly to build community, share insights, and strengthen leadership skills. Contact bfi-hr@colorado.edu for more information.
