  • Unit contacts CAS Faculty Affairs (cas-faculty@colorado.edu) for the most up-to-date template for courtesy appointment offer letters.
  • Unit drafts the courtesy appointment letter and sends it to CAS Faculty Affairs (cas-faculty@colorado.edu)
  • CAS Faculty Affairs routes the courtesy appointment letter for signature
  • CAS Faculty Affairs will cc OFA on the letterÌý
