How to Join AFROTC Detachment 105

Step 1: University Enrollment

1) Enroll as a full-time student at CU 抖阴传媒在线 or one of our crosstown universities:

听听听听听听听听Undergraduate: 12+ credit hours (AFROTC Course included)

听听听听听听听听Graduate: 9+ credit hours (AFROTC Course included)

Step 2: WINGS Account Creation

Create an account via
听听听听听听听听Use this WINGS Registration Guide to complete each step correctly
听
Upload all required documents under the Supporting Documents tab in WINGS
听听听听听听听听Required Documents are:
听听听听听听听听听听听听听听听听Any document listed in the
听听听听听听听听听听听听听听听听Documents linked here:
听听听听听听听听听听听听听听听听College Transcripts (if applicable)

Step 3: Notify the Detachment

Submit the

This form is required to be completed in its entirety before scheduling an in-processing appointment

Step 4: Register for AFROTC Courses

A. 听 Register for the required AFROTC classes as outlined below

AIRR 1010 Heritage and Values
AIRR 1947 Leadership Laboratory

C. 听 Crosstown Cadet Notes:

UCD and UCCS students MUST complete a Concurrent Registration Form (available at your registrar's office) with the AFROTC courses for which you are requesting to be enrolled, and have your Dean's office sign/approve
- Once complete, return the form to your respective registrar's office
- UCD and UCCS students MUST complete concurrent enrollment forms EVERY semester.
- Return signed concurrent registration form to the UCD听or UCCS Registrar's Office

All other crosstown cadets will need to use the to register for Leadership Lab (AIRR 1947) ONLY.听Do not register for any other Aerospace Studies course using the ACCESS program, or you will incur a charge. Work with your school's Office of the Registrar to register for the other AFROTC courses you need.
- 鈥婽his course is zero (0) credits, so the cost will be zero (0) dollars
- as soon as possible
- You can access the ACCESS application by clicking the Enrollment tab on the left side of the page and following their instructions
- Once your ACCESS application has been approved by CU 抖阴传媒在线, you can enroll in the AIRR 1947听class immediately. This should be completed NLT one week prior to the start of the semester

Step 5: In-Processing Appointment

Special Enrollment Circumstances and Programs

Active Duty Prior Service: If you have 180 days or more consecutive military service, your AIRR1010 (AS100 Fall) and AIRR1020 (AS100 Spring) can be waived with the Detachment Commander's approval.
- Please register only for the AIRR2010 course and AIRR1947.
ARC/ANG Prior Service:听If you have completed BMT and have 1 creditable year of ARC/ANG service,听your AIRR1010 (AS100 Fall) and AIRR1020 (AS100 Spring) can be waived with the Detachment Commander's approval.
- Please register only for the AIRR2010 course and AIRR1947.
If you desire to become a Judge Advocate General (JAG)听
- Become a military lawyer via the Graduate Law Program (GLP) or One-Year College Program (OYCP)

Step 6: Attend New Cadet Orientation (NCOR)

A. 听 NCOR is mandatory and occurs just before the semester begins
听

B. 听 Includes:
听听听听听听听听Introduction to Cadre and Cadet Leadership
听听听听听听听听Orientation to AFROTC structure & expectations
听

C. 听 Attire:
听听听听听听听听For orientation - Khaki pants, Black dress shoes, and a polo style shirt.
听听听听听听听听Sleeveless shirts are not authorized
听

D. 听 Bring: Notebook, pen, water
听
