​Arpeggio Biosciences is a ¶¶Òõ´«Ã½ÔÚÏß-based biotechnology company developing a high-throughput transcriptomics platform to map how chemical compounds influence gene expression across entire biological networks. Founded in 2017 by Ìý(CU ¶¶Òõ´«Ã½ÔÚÏß BioFrontiers Institute) and Ìý(CU ¶¶Òõ´«Ã½ÔÚÏß BioFrontiers Institute and Molecular, Cellular & Developmental Biology), the company originated from research conducted at CU's BioFrontiers Institute. Arpeggio's platform combines nascent RNA sequencing with machine learning to profile the immediate effects of drugs on gene expression, enabling the discovery of novel therapeutic targets for diseases such as cancer, chronic kidney disease and neurodegeneration. The company has raised over $20 million in funding, including a $17 million Series A round in 2022 led by Builders VC.
