Inclusive Rec: Heels Dancing class

Join Inclusive Rec for a Heels Dancing class! This class will strengthen your muscles used while wearing heels, help you develop self-confidence and self-awareness all while learning fun choreography! Participants should bring their own heels to class and shoes must have a protective tip on the heel, no bare metal surfaces allowed. Open to all gender identities, levels and abilities.
