Advice from Dr. Mull: Celebrating Buffs All In together

Vice Chancellor for Student Life Dr. D’Andra Mull

Hi Buffs,Ìý

Welcome back to campus! Returning from spring break often marks a transition point in the semester. With longer days and seasonal changes around us, this can be a meaningful time to pause, create space for reflection, and begin to focus on what lies ahead. The rhythms and traditions of CU ¶¶Òõ´«Ã½ÔÚÏß remain a steady presence, giving each semester its own sense of purpose as we move forward together.Ìý

Buffs All InÌý

March is a special time at CU ¶¶Òõ´«Ã½ÔÚÏß as we come together to celebrate generosity and connection through Buffs All In, our annual season of giving. Each spring, we are reminded of what is possible when Buffs show up for one another and invest in the experiences that shape student life.Ìý

Throughout the month, many of you have engaged with Buffs All In Student Philanthropy in a variety of ways, including connecting with the Herd Leadership Council. The Herd plays an important role in helping students understand how giving supports campus traditions, student programs and the moments that bring our community together.ÌýÌý

Join me and get involvedÌý

As part of Buffs All In, I invite you to join me in a special supporting Student Life. When 200 donors participate, an additional $1,000 will be unlocked to support programs and experiences that enrich the experience at CU ¶¶Òõ´«Ã½ÔÚÏß. Every gift—big or small—helps move us closer to that goal.Ìý

You’re also invited to take part in events happening across campus. I’ll be on Farrand Field from 11 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, March 25 for , and I encourage you to stop by. I also invite you to join the on Tuesday, March 31, with activities taking place at locations across campus. These are wonderful opportunities to connect,ÌýcelebrateÌýand be part of this shared effort.Ìý

How Buffs make a differenceÌý

As Buffs All In concludes at the end of March, it also serves as a reminder that philanthropy extends beyond a single moment or event. It is about contributing in ways that are meaningful to you—through sharing your time, your talents and your voice to make a positive impact. These efforts take many forms, and each one helps strengthen the CU ¶¶Òõ´«Ã½ÔÚÏß experience.Ìý

Buffs, I am continually inspired by your leadership and the care you show for one another. Thank you for being part of what makes CU ¶¶Òõ´«Ã½ÔÚÏß such a special place. As we move into the final weeks of the semester, that spirit of connection continues to shape our shared experience.Ìý

Warmly,Ìý
