For Your Information: Fall 2025 COF Stipend
We sent this email on Thursday, Jan. 15, at 7 p.m. to students who had not supplied CU ¶¶Òõ´«Ã½ÔÚÏß with their Social Security number to CU ¶¶Òõ´«Ã½ÔÚÏß in order to receive COF funds for Fall 2025.
Dear [first],
³Û´Ç³Ü°ùÌýCollege Opportunity Fund (COF) stipendÌýcouldn’t be applied during Fall 2025 because you hadn’t supplied CU ¶¶Òõ´«Ã½ÔÚÏß with your Social Security number (SSN).
To address this mismatch, the Office of the Registrar worked with the Colorado Department of Education to add your SSN to your CU ¶¶Òõ´«Ã½ÔÚÏß student record. This will allow you to receive COF funds for Fall 2025.
COF was created by the Colorado Legislature to pay a portion of total in-state tuition for eligible undergrads. There's no limit to the number of students who receive it, and you never have to pay it back.
