Williams Village Rec Center will remain open during this time
and is available for your workouts.
WorkWell Employee Group Fitness Classes

To provide CU ¶¶Òõ´«Ã½ÔÚÏß employees with meaningful wellness opportunities, WorkWell will host various free group fitness classes for staff and faculty at the Rec.
ÌýAll levels are welcome, no fitness experience is required. A Rec Center membership is not required to participate.

Free WorkWell Yoga Classes
WorkWell has partnered with Fitness & Wellness to offer faculty and staff free weekly yoga classes. This is an All Levels Yoga class format. Participants can go to their own personal comfort level within each class. The instructor will offer cues and hands on coaching as desired. Mats are available for use or participants can bring their own. Registration is suggested.

Work Out Well ÌýF45
WorkWell and the CU Rec Center have teamed up to offer a unique workout experience that is free and only available to faculty and staff - Rec Center membership is not required! ÌýThis 45 minute class has the focus on overload, supersets and tempo. Accomplish your health, fitness and, strength goals with a variety of different types of resistance training. No previous experience required, F45 Coaches will lead you in each station with form cues and encouragement. Work Out Well this summer! Registration is suggested.
