WorkWell Employee Group Fitness Classes

To provide CU ¶¶Òõ´«Ã½ÔÚÏß employees with meaningful wellness opportunities, WorkWell will host various free group fitness classes for staff and faculty at the Rec.
ÌýAll levels are welcome, no fitness experience is required. A Rec Center membership is not required to participate.

Free WorkWell Yoga Classes
This all-level class allows participants to go at their own pace. Instructors can also provide cues and hands-on coaching as desired. Participants are welcome to borrow a mat or use their own. Registration is required for each class.

Les Mills Body Pump
WorkWell and the CU Rec Center have teamed up to offer a unique workout experience that is free and only available to faculty and staff—Rec Center membership is not required! Get a great workout and start the day strong with your colleagues in this Les Mills Body Pump small group class!
BODY PUMP® is the original barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODY PUMP gives you a total body workout that burns calories, strengthens muscles and improves muscular endurance. Set to motivating music and led by certified instructors, this class uses scientifically backed techniques to sculpt and tone your entire body. Whether you’re new to strength training or a seasoned athlete, BODY PUMP will challenge and energize you.
