Sara Swain joined the OVA team October 2022 as the Office Assistant.Ìý Sara was promoted to Office Manager in August of 2023. As a buff, she received a BA in Leadership and Community Engagement, a BA in Ethnic Studies, a minor in Dance, and a certificate in Hip-hop Studies. Sara is proud to be using her tuition benefit to begin a Master's of Social Work starting fall 2026. Outside of work, she is a local dancer, dance teacher, zinester, and community organizer.Ìý

Sara knows the important role art, creativity, and movement can play in healing and liberation. She feels deeply humbled and honored to interact with her CU community through OVA’s healing, empowering, and multicultural approaches to advocacy and counseling.
