Expense Breakdown *

Itemize the expenses you are requesting from PACES for your project. If you are unsure about whether an expense qualifies, see the “Funded Expenses” section on the Tier 1 Grants webpage for a list of allowable budget items.

Include a breakdown of the dollar amount and a brief description of the projected expenses (e.g., hourly rate for student pay and number of hours to be worked, cost of individual hotel rooms, per diem per person, etc.). 

All outreach accounts are subject to General Administrative and Infrastructure Recharge (GAIR) fees from the university. DO NOT include GAIR, currently assessed at 8.68%, as one of the expenses. If your proposal is funded, PACES will transfer the full award amount plus GAIR to your fund 29 speedtype.
