Andrew Marsh is a Strategic Communications major with a Business minor from Highlands Ranch, Colorado. He defines leadership as “the ability to make it more about the team than one individual. We all can do more together.”

Andrew has demonstrated this philosophy through his role as Professional Development Chair for the Herd Leadership Council, where he coordinated a yearlong curriculum and organized impactful events, including an on-stage discussion with Colorado’s Executive Director of Labor and Employment. He also helped launch the Herd’s first “Board in Training” session, fostering accountability and professional engagement among students.

Beyond leadership programming, Andrew serves as a Student Facility Manager at the Koenig Alumni Center, where he creates meaningful connections with alumni, and as a photographer for CU Athletics, capturing moments that celebrate campus spirit. His advisor describes him as a leader who “approaches every opportunity with care and professionalism, fostering goodwill and shaping how the Herd defines success.”
