Join us for our FREE Sensory-Friendly Sunday events!

These events are geared towards families with children of all ages who want to explore science and astronomy and may benefit from an environment where our theater is not quite so dark, the music is not quite so loud, and visitors can freely explore our planetarium, fun activities, exciting exhibits, and spectacular shows at their own pace, in their own way.
Theater Schedule:
- 10:00am - Welcome
- 10:15am - Film: Max Goes to the Moon (best for ages 4-12)
- 10:55am - Activity: Astronomer Q&A
- 11:30am - Film: Forward to the Moon (best for ages 12+)
Noise-canceling headphones, weighted stuffed animals, fidget toys, and more are available to borrow during your visit.
Run time: 2 hours
People of ALL ages are welcome. We'll have films and activities for everyone.Ìý
