Megan (she/her) is the Assistant Director of Digital Accessibility Captioning and Services. Her work primarily focuses on advancing the accessibility of audio and video media across the campus through post-production captioning, transcription, and audio description support and resources. She also manages additional campus services including Qualtrics accessibility exceptions and SensusAccess. Megan was born and raised in Sacramento, California and earned her BA in Family and Consumer Science from Sacramento State, which led to her first career in retail fashion merchandising. Megan made a big career shift to higher education in 2015 and joined CU and the Digital Accessibility Office in 2023. Her higher education experience includes disability services, accessibility services, student advising, and student affairs. Outside of work, Megan enjoys anything that gets her outside and spending time with her family, beloved dog, and two cats.ÌýAny time she has left is spent volunteering with a non-profit performing arts organization.Ìý
