A big thank you to all who took part in the 19th ESSS Poster Conference last Friday, December 5, 2025. It was wonderful to see such strong turnout and great posters and conversations throughout the event.

Location
The CU ¶¶Òõ´«Ã½ÔÚÏß SEEC (MacAllister) building is located on the northwest Corner of Colorado Avenue and Foothills Parkway. You can find information on "Getting Here" at . From main campus, the Stampede Bus will drop off on the west (mountain) side of the building. There is guest parking in Lot 550 (pink shading on the map to the left) on the southwest side of the building. Visitors and presenters from ¶¶Òõ´«Ã½ÔÚÏß research labs and from out of town, please contact Xinyue Wang (xinyuew@colorado.edu) for a parking pass.
Poster Boards and Setup
The maximum poster size allowed is 48" x 48". Tacks will be provided at the conference to hang up your poster. We encourage all presenters in the first poster session to hang up their posters before the start of the first session by 12:00 PM.
Refreshments
A variety of boxed lunches will be provided during the poster sessions. These boxed lunches must be consumed outside of the poster hall in either the SEEC cafeteria or outside (weather permitting).Ìý
